It is not updated as it should. But “Vault - Phase 3” is “To Do” so nothing wrong.

There is no way we can speed it up or stop it being published. It’s in the hands of the administrators and peer reviewers. I have heard nothing about it. Tbh it is of almost zero priority for me at this time.

Accolades for the strategic wisdom of focusing engineering resources on PARSEC prior to release, making it available for peer review, and aligning the inherent lead time of that with the remaining engineering work that is within your control.
Having a few years of critical component concept and code in the wild by a 1.0 should do much for early growth of the network.

If you have an experience about submit lecture to journal. It is not too long. It is generally takes 1~2 years. They maybe underdo reveiw and feedback process.

Typically, it takes a 12 to 18 months depending on the journal. Does anyone know which journal and when it was submitted?
