That will be me after the Melbourne Cup is run in 5 hours time. The Cup is one of the best staying horse races of the year and the UK raiders will be trying their hearts out, again.

At node ageing the progress bar hasn’t changed that much for 2 weeks now. So we will see if we are that close to fleming…
Why has farming moved into Fleming? I’m sure that was a Maxwell feature.

Not sure about the history, but farming is in Fleming according to the road map.

Today safe_vault “vNext” branch has integrated routing “fleming” branch. I don’t know if this a sign of something imminent. Maybe not Fleming launch but possibly a great internal step.

The focus now is feature complete launches. This is just to allow that. No more nonsense part launches of bits of code. However expect dramatic failures as we get this over the line in this manner. We expect them and look forward to them as we iterate the full network. Public testnests wll be much more stable, but you will see us testing warts and all.

I’m not expecting too much from this week’s update, not that I understand most of it anyway. The project chart indicates the team has been busy with the necessary work for Fleming but it should be (cross my fingers) exciting times by the end of November.

Hmhmm - is Fleming already feature complete? Or is this the official announcement that Fleming/maxwell are dead?

Almost, but we will still have Fleming (hope feature complete) and Maxwell (optimised) one the way to beta.

Kk - because I really would love to see the full thing (not final algorithms but just all relevant parts playing together in a raw version) with sections and elders and the safecoin economy to work out as soon as possible (I guess you too…)… We’ve come a long way and it’s about time the world finally sees the beauty of this design and understands that it’s superior to the current solutions out there… (and we can finally see that we are not just some nutters in a box somewhere but our belief in this idea was well founded and justified all along 
)

Me feeling is that this is the spirit of the whole team now. Respectively I currently see serious progress being made in the routing crate with BLS (SMD) and Node Aging. I’m very excited to test this stuff out.
BTW: I’m glad that you also still take the time to maintain and update the Kanban project boards. This is very valuable in regard of keeping track of the progress. Keep up the great work!
