I thought I would start a thread where we can all post website links as we upload them…limiting the posts here to a link and a brief description will keep it nice and clean…

As the data will get wiped, it may be a good reference for what was used as your info previously and also provide a simple index of site addresses as they get created…

If you install the SAFE network client, set up the proxy, register or login to an account, the above links should work. If not, it is probably because the network is regularly being wiped: taken down, all data and websites lost, and restarted (for testing). So it will then be up to people to re-upload their websites to the same URLs or to post new URLs above.

Perhaps when the network is wiped, someone could wipe the above list, and so people can add new URLs back in as they upload onto the new “clean” network. Just step in and do it! Don’t wait for someone else

To view the sites in a browser you need to download the firefox addon, does it matter whether it is 0.0.1 or 0.0.2?

Can anyone show me what is the proper syntax on a Mac for Automatic Proxy Configuration for the URL pointing to the .pac file locally? Say I stored the .pac on my desktop and I want to point the URL: there. What might that look like? Users/Desktop/safe_proxy.pac? or would it begin with localhost…???

Have you tried this trick?

Here’s a simple way of finding the URL address for files located on your computer.

1. Save any web page to your desktop.
2. Then reopen the saved webpage and the full path address will show in your address bar.
3. Saving a file to your desktop will also have the same file path.

Also you can just drag the file from Finder/Explorer to a web browser window and then copy the URL from the address bar.

Thanks @kashioboy and @dyamanaka I put in the proper URL into the Automatic Proxy Configuration but still can not connect.

Its working now. I haven’t done anything but walked away from my computer for a day and now its working. yay
