EIP-7702 is a part of this. Does it mean, that there is a chance of paying gas with ANT? Or is Pectra just on ETH Mainnet, and on Arbitrum we’re still out of these solutions? I remember before lauch there was a discussion about Paymasters, a similar approach…

Im not quite sure on that. But one thing to keep in mind that even if you can pay with ANT, USDC, or something else for gas, you will ALWAYS have to originally approve that contract with ETH. After that you can spend the other token without further approvals with ETH.

But ARB is already doing most transfers at its minimum GAS fee. If I try max fee of 1000000 it works and if I try 9999999 it fails with the error being min block gas fee is 10000000.

I have tried this many different times and always 10000000 is the minimum

So how is this update going to help Autonomi since most times the fees are at the minimum anyhow

I think it is the part of the GAS fee for the Ethereum Layer 1 main that is affected. A transaction with Ant consist of Layer 2, L2 Gas for arbitrum and L1 gas for ethereum main chain. Ethereum is getting congested with transactions resulting in L1 gas price to spike, the update will reduce that congestion from what I understand.

Perhaps minimum fee on Arbitrum could change?
