I have been able, supposedly, to upload a few files, but Dave does not show any list, and when I refresh, it always gives the same error:

If only Dave could show the address of the uploaded files so others could check the downloads…
Each file I have uploaded looks OK but on download, it is only 4 bytes.
Keep trying please.

I can find the transactions on the blockchain, and even, I believe, the Xor addresses of each chunk, but nothing more.

just to mention it … I don’t think the instructions are right … I needed to go to system settings → security → “open though it’s unknown devs”

For me: right click → open just works fine

Maybe only on first run of something signed by maidsafe…? Never ran anything autonomi related on the machine before
I think it depends on mac OS version. They made it more complicated on last version (Sonoma)… With previous versions I could just right click and open, but not anymore.

When i download my files from Dave, i get 2 files - the actual file and another one with the same name but only 1KB big.
i get that as well one is the file and a little one with same name with nothing in it
Any plans for Dave to not require mobile wallets to import wallets?
It’s already possible to use the metamask in your browser if you run the dev environment from the instructions in the git hub.
So everything is possible

Yes when I spun it up you can access Dave on localhost:port. In your regular browser and when you click connect it gave meta mask as an option
Got it. Will the next binary release include wallet imports that don’t require a mobile app?

That is what I understand. I have about $12 worth of ETH in my MM wallet but cant use it because gas fees is greater than the $12 ! Should have used DigiByte instead of ETH.
