A few thoughts off the top of my head:
- Seed Network with several dApps from non-seedy players
- Seek out decent and reputable partnerships
- Invest in/support effective decentralized rating systems
Much like the Internet, absolute elimination of refuse won’t be possible, but hopefully we can heavily shift the balance towards the forces of good, so to speak.
