tried to withdraw maid from chainrift, but its status is pending more than 24 hours. Who should I contact? I already sent email to support team.
MAID is on Omni is on BTC; to action any transfer, there would be a small cost. That they are offering a refund surely is a big step forward. Not everything is free.
I suppose the fair alternate view is that they did flip flop rather hard and entrap some with coin on the exchange; so, part of shutting down is the cost of doing the honorable refunds for freeā¦

this bot pretends admin Ales Grm and demand eth or btc or usdt to finish refund process.

He used their telegram channel Telegram: Contact @ChainRift There are impostors in the channel (as elsewhere in Telegram). They use the same name and picture as the admins. Only their usernames are differentā¦
