Given that this is a centralised gateway, controlled by a corporation (Cloudflare) which routinely blocks users from accessing parts of the Internet, and not long ago leaked enormous amounts of user information including credentials to anyone able to do a Web search, I don’t think it has much in common with SAFE Network.

BTW ‘Maidsafe’ is a company.
