Is the Linux Mint download safe

Apologies if im posting in the incorrect place.

Ive been trying to run some nodes, given up with the node launcher.

Trying to verify my linux download is safe.

Sha256 checksum mathed.Im unsure on this output though.

Is it safe?

The output of the last command should tell you that the file signature is good and that it was signed with the 27DEB15644C6B3CF3BD7D291300F846BA25BAE09 key.

so I think you are good to go but check for yourself

I was using that very gude to get this far.

But never having bothered checking before i thought id ask someone more familiar if that output looked correct.

Was hoping soneone here could do that rather than me posting in the mint forum.

Edit. My bad, that guide leads to this guide, which i followed this far.

Unfortunately im unable to see the images, so at a loss.

acording to that your image is good as it says you can ignore the warning after signature is good and the finger print matches so id install it :slight_smile:
