In testnet, can I add more test SNT in my account with a command?

I would like to get more test SNT as I am planning to upload lots of data to test the network.

Is there a command for that?

Yeah, just pre load with larger amount.

Not near a safe machine right now so I can not try myself.
Would

safe keys create – test-coins --preload 20000 be a valid command?
Or do I need --for-cli as well?
