No, the best thing we could do is remove pressure and I have tried very hard to do so, now I have put on pressure by changing processes which is hard. In terms of bonuses etc. then II follow this field of study really, itâs eye opening, worth a watch

I want this out so bad especially for the coming US election but bonuses especially for project managers sounds like such utter bullshit. What are they going to do? Crack the whip on equally skilled people in an organization that has tried to flatten everything as much as possible?
My countrymen have become so weak. They seem to have no values and think every one is a prostitute that can be bought, and actually have snide contempt for those that arenât. I long for the day when people like Romney are fugitives instead of running for President. The proper release date for SAFE is some point before its too late for the world but not one second before it meets MaidSafeâs standards.

I have some shitcoin and it was kind of like a penny stock, but worked out quite well for me.

I had the impression that I misunderstood you to be honest , that something was lacking from that phrase , so no real harm done 
I used to play the shitcoins a while ago, was earning some nice profits on my investment until some inside dumper decided to sell a huge stack and crash the market,
It was a hard but necessary lesson for me. The majority of my investments are the safest possible in crypto world now and only a small portion in altcoins and other shitcoin

But âshitcoinâ is the name of an actual currency, and is a cryptocurrency I invested in.
I thought that was what you were talking about, sorry if I misunderstood.
But now I , just like you, am keeping most of my eggs in carefully selected baskets; MaidSafe is one of the only ones where there is true amazing potential.

This might infuriate David, but it canât. Hopefully everyone will realize this soon enough, so the dangerous idea that programming faster can be eliminated. Network I/O is always going to be complicated, and made worse if done rushed and unplanned.
