He said he was leaving and said bye and all that, months ago. Then he came back. Don’t believe anything he says. I mean, at least he did what he said he’d do in terms of months, just not forever (unfortunately). Not sure what made him come back.
You have to realize that the project’s founder is at the cutting edge of everything, all the time, and then some (through vision/imagination). Yes it causes delays for more reasons than one.

(I see what was written though, because I got an email. One part was pointing out how I said the price was going up. Well, dang it, I can’t believe my opinion in a token market trading thread was wrong. To be clear all my opinions about this one are always going to be overwhelmingly positive because that’s just how I feel even today, so just know I will always try to interpret those feelings of mine into words on here. I could’ve stayed in Ethereum 8+ years ago after jokingly trading into that and had 40-50M or whatever by now, but I would feel dead inside ironically.)

Guess the price must have dropped a tad, and there is mileage to be made.
Most people here are not stupid, they know the risks and mostly where the team and David stand. They know there is both research going on and development work on the current network going on.
Will it eventually be a success, time will tell. I still remember predictions of dead cat bounce ending up at virtually zero. But that didn’t happen, guess opinions and predictions are just that opinions. Just like arses, everyone has one.

It hasn’t happened yet, neither up or down, in terms of signal the last 3 months are just showing that trading activity is dead currently. Anyway, since any slightly negative posts are being hidden by mods, its not worth discussing anything here.

I can’t say for sure but I believe when I started following this awesome reasearch, none of the current team members were there and none of the then-members are here now. Except for David – who says a lot of stuff, and maybe Jim – who at least speaks coherently with guitars in the background, but most of it comes across as platitudes and buzzwords.
What I’m trying to say is, I almost never know where David and the team stand, as the team is basically ever-changing personel that come and go, and David goes yeah-no-yeah-no.
But glad for you and the mostly-most in the know.
