Yeah, we wont get coins in time sadly. Make sure to set polo as your default wallet on Bttf for dividends if you want to sell early because they only do transfers once a week if you try to withdraw from a bttf wallet. i should have started mining myself on my home machine straight away, was planning to start tomorrow because of slow start

yep, you should get an email a few hours before first payment, or perhaps just after since they seem to have left it quite late already…? when you get the email you can just go to financials and change dividend setup. I would be surprised if that wasn’t done quite soon tbh.

I suspect it will keep going down tbh… I’ll be selling my first divi when it comes anyway.
By the way, I’m trying to install ubuntu on virtual box to mine zcash on my new machine at home.

I thought this would be a good way to learn about linux, so I don’t want to fall at the first hurdle. Plus obvs Zcash mining could turn out to be profitable and fun with this ‘equihash’ business.
i wonder if bttf will increase hashes per $, i get 24 h/s with an 8 core cpu… with the new optimised miners it makes them ridiculously priced.

no idea, but nheqminer is simple setup on win for cpu… had no joy with their gpu bit yet.

I was hoping this would make it easy, but no… fallen at first hurdle half way through that video. I also can’t adjust my cpu’s or accelerator like he does in the video.

tomorrow I get some “old” desktops that were supposed to be trown away (for real!). Companies do that all the time. I’ll let them mine and see how it goes, might even get some cards if I think it makes sense. After all, these prices have to come down
Curious where the price will settle down. Sell zcash, buy maid glad I used eth to buy into this instead of btc, should be easier to recover my initial investment.

So bttf say enhancements will be passed on. I asked on the forum. Was beginning to think id flushed 2 grand away.

Even so, a few stars have to align to make a (decent) profit I think. Hopefully the hype wears off a bit and people start to point/keep pointing their rigs at different coins.

Yes we paid for x amount of hash, but if enhancements are made, the farm should not just keep the extra hashes…

would not have got as far as we have as a company if our strategy was to profit from investors misery as you say. We agree we should not keep the extra hashes, those would be passed onto investors.

I usually don’t like to talk about trading in public but the price is at 0.79 BTC (!!!).
Now I know that markets can be crazy but a cryptocurrency that has probably never been used P2P for the reason it has been built (anonymity), without any UX/UI for the non high tech public, unproven in the wild wild west etc. (this list can go on and on) is not worth 0.79 BTC.
Supply is ridiculously low and the demand quite high at this moment it seems. Who thought that premining a cryptocurrency would be a better solution than this idiotic approach ?
Sorry for my strong opinion and language on this but I feel people are taking advantage of the less experienced trader on this market and I do want to speak out about that.
Of course this is not trading advice but please protect yourself by not putting in more than you can afford to lose.
