While since I used this - Trezor is brilliant- but I seem to remember that your method is the one recommended by BitcoinPaperWallet - ie download it, unplug your Ethernet cable, print it off then reconnect.
Not a huuuge sample, but everyone I have ever made a paper wallet for has had zero issues.
What happened to the traditional MaidSafe Yum-yums?
