My point is that I don’t trust a broadcaster with links to Putin on matters related to Russia. That doesn’t mean I’m claiming any other broadcaster can be trusted. Clearly we need to consider carefully when trying to judge, but I think it’s more than dodgy to use RT as a source for anything where Russia has an interest.

Fact is, the White Helmets have been discredited - along with the OPCW by multiple reporters. You seem to forget that Assad is the democratically elected leader of the Syrian people (of all faiths and none) and is cast as a bogeyman because he will not roll over to US and Israeli interests, preferring to put his own people first. How many years is it they have been trying to get rid of him - and failing?
I was only in Salisbury the once myself - celebrating my first solo in an aircraft. The beer was good and the women were pretty, everyone sounded local except me and my Geordie flying instructor. Apart from that I remember little. No dodgy Russians.

I ignore the messenger, what really counts is the message and trying to garner some details. Moreover there are many questions which you can immediately think of that never get addressed because to address it would derail the propaganda. The media have become much less about transparency and truth and instead become a talking head. There are former journalists who have made this same statement too.
Moreover they use pressenters sometimes to convey their response to said topic and often you forget in that moment that their response is scripted too.
