When i click to download the web host manager on maidsafe.net, it links me to this page which says page not found.

This link is broken because we recently updated the version of Web Hosting Manager in the alpha-2 release to v0.4.1 (instead of v0.4.0). See last week’s update for more info.
Looks like we forgot to update the maidsafe.net website. Thanks for letting us know, I’ll let the front-end team know about this so that we can update it as soon as possible 
EDIT: The download link for Web Hosting Manager (on maidsafe.net) should work fine now.
