Remember though, the process is Client gets signatures for all Elder Client aggregates those Client sends the xfer request (signed). This is a wee process that is work for the client, it also prevents them sending zillions of transactions as this forces one at a time. So there is an element of spam protect.We will have to see how well it does though in practice. In any case it prevents spamming transactions at least.
