There is a one off 5% reserved for investors. Cannot touch that
There was the one off 10% crowdsale.

Then there is ongoing 5% of FR for core developers.

The is no “15% of safecoins will be issued to developers into a scheme that will inevitably be very complex”

Your post is based on facts that are not valid and any conclusions thus cannot be valid.
