I put "Scottish celebration " into google images and this is what I got. I’m not afraid to take risks so I made a meme out of it. I really hope these guys are wearing pants and if it’s not summer I would be wearing at least 2 pairs of pants because Scotland might get pretty cold. Anyway here is the meme. This meme is OK but it would be a better idea to have a more universally understood party vibe. So I changed the image to something else I think this is much better.
