Question on storing files

Hi,

Noon question here on a scenario. As I understand once I provide storage for the network and if my storage is used, I get paid for the first time only. Once I use up my disk, what stops me from formatting my entire disk, creating a new account on maidsafe and providing storage again to earn new coins for the same storage.

Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect or if this case is addressed. Thank you!

No you don’t get paid for storing, you get paid (sometimes) for providing data when it is requested. So deleting your vault only hurts yourself.
