Problems with Authenticator

Hi guys, i can’t connect to Authenticator cause it says me: Unexpected error. Can’t connect to the Safe Network

EDIT: i’ve checked ip, so it’s not the problem but can’t enter yet
EDIT2: the problem is resolved but i don’t understand why always need to wait 10 minutes before it resolves the “unexpected error”
