Uhm - stupid question - signaling is nowhere listed on the Roadmap - does anybody know if that is still planned to be part of the network or has been excluded for now…? (or did I somehow miss its implementation? Oo )

Signalling will be post Fleming. It’s a smallish network component but one we de-focused for now. Quic has a few p2p components in it’s sights including nat traversal. I hope they get there first and if not we will get a phase I in place with not too much hassle.

Just curious if anyone can confirm or answer.
Isn’t PARSEC now using a common coin? It says it’s future work on the .tech roadmap but correct me if I’m wrong but the BLS and DKG would only need to be in place for the common coin.
Also does anyone know the status of the farming algo? Is it being coded and anywhere to watch that I don’t know about like how Fraser had Safecoin in a gitlab repo? I see that implementation planning is ticked on github so that answers it if it’s up to date. Edit: it does say move to github project board last so prolly coming up soon and the Safecoin RFC has a section on farming, put cost etc that is quite detailed.
Can’t wait for Thursday.

There is a bit more to get the common coin in PARSEC. It’s not a huge deal in terms of features though. But we do DKG with PARSEC to get BLS working. So the BLS PARSEC work is to allow BL in routing for section keys.
tl;dr common coin is still future work. It won’t adversely affect network performance or capability for launch

I have a gut feeling Fleming release day will be announced tomorrow. It would make sense, supporting the price during current BTC uptrend and securing funding for the final sprint.

The texture is quite different from the tyres as well. The cheese also smells a lot better than my Dunlop Green Flash trainers.
