Just glancing at the change looks to me like just ensuring they use the master branch as a defacto place to push stuff and build docs out of it vs a side “flemming” branch they have had. I tend to get pumped up when I see a commit that is like 20+ pages of code refactored or added and well commented out. I suppose its not healthy on a mature project to get those massive PRs though and incremental is better(but less exciting 
). Maybe I am somehow wrong and a suprise flemming has appeared though
