Did you guys ever studied Open Peer when looking at how to bootstrap the network? Since it is presented as a complement to WebRTC to establish communication between peers with minimal involment from the server, it might be interesting to use in the web context. Its design still requires a server for some functions, while the SAFE network does not, so I would understand if you did not look into it. However, I am trying to assess the quality of the implementation and the design of the protocol to see how much how it could be used.
