The part about the swearing was an example and you know it. So lets try to stick to the real issue at hand instead of moving around it by arguing things not directly involved in the topic.
What guidelines did the OP break and can you prove it?
It’s not black and white? Well uhh yeah deleting something is kind of the definition mate? You either delete something or you don’t and some of you are making it seem as if we are all wrong and yet approximately half the people here wanted it to play out a little longer so we could make up our own minds.
Firstly its not my legal matter mate. Secondly even if it was, why is this not a place for that, who says so and why? Don’t just throw statements out that you can’t back up. So are you saying we are not allowed to discuss scams, hoaxes, DCMA, copyright, what exactly are you saying? Please define it or are you just not happy that a member of this forum accused someone of something?
End of the day you guys handled this atrociously. You have turned it into a much bigger issue. What you should of done is stepped in commented publicly and said that the thread would be allowed to be played out even though it had been flagged and considered for deletion so long as it met the community guidelines and telling everyone it would be heavily monitored. But you didn’t do that, you silenced the person making the claims and we had zero clue what was going on. And lets assume @culexevilman is a nutcase or is making this all up, well shouldn’t we all as reasonable people be allowed to make up ouw own minds on the matter and decide for ourselves? Because now what you have done is you have silenced one person who was claiming we had a scammer or a hijacker in our midst, now I am on red alert. Is someone in this forum scamming people, could they potentially scam me, what is the scam? Well… see that’s the problem, we don’t know because the moderators silenced the person making the vague claims without us having the opportunity to find out more information. Thank you but you are wrong.
