My recommendation would be a basic tutorial on Discord in a seperare channel which is read only for users. And in the tutorial link to the forum for specifc test net questiins. That’s a page that could easily be created here on the forum in which people can ask their questions, regardless of testnet version.

Good thing we have a community manager now, I’m sure he/she? (Sorry, busy weeks) will make the right call.
