Seems to focus on sharing your encrypted data only with trusted peers out of mutual interest (trusted for availability) over fostering an economy with untrusted strangers.
Has a very nice capability based security architecture.
It also allows deletion which I know is not part of this project but is crucial for some use cases.
All in all, a neat project that complements autonomi imo
