In just the recent year/years here in Sweden things have gone south for anything related with crypto and banks. Most or all banks might freeze/lock/close accounts if sending funds to or receiving from crypto exchanges. Even when providing documents of where the funds came from it might not help. How is the banking situation in Europe, anyone know solutions or banks that will accept dealing with funds from crypto exchanges. From what I’ve read N26 in Germany, Revolut in Lituania might!? accept larger amounts of funds from crypto. In Sweden it seems like SEB, Danske Bank might!? accept larger withdraws from exchanges. Situation with banks and crypto is scary at the moment because what if you withdraw a large amount then they freezet/lock/close account for a unknown time, then the tax office wants taxes and you have no access to funds to pay them.
In some ways it seem interesting but the tax office won’t accept Visa. USDT also feels a little risky even if it seems they will expand. But it could be interesting to hold a part of withdraws on VISA, kind of like a backup if they temporary freeze account on the bank, but paying bills might not work and that is a problem. Some wallets with cards also have high fees, example skrill have conversion fee for USD to SEK at something like 5% which can become expensive.
But I also maybe found a short term solution, it maybe works to withdraw cash from atm with VISA and then send the cash to a bank account. Weekly limit 1500 dollar per week. But the banks might probably freeze your account or start asking questions if thousands of $ goes into account from cash.
