What’s up today? (Part 2)

These companies want total surveillance since it means HUGE and I mean HUGE demand for their products. Talking of 100 to 1000 fold increase in demand and licencing fees.

No wonder they talk it up.

And from experience in the past they are pouring millions into political parties telling them how great it will be for security & blah blah - lies of course but the tech stupid pollies lap it up

Developers, here’s another cross platform native app development option, but possibly more platforms than Tauri. Uses the Swift bundler and Rust:

Anyone remember this from years ago? I only stumbled upon it today, but apparently is an old perception meme.

Is it a blue and black dress? Or is it a white and gold dress?

People see the colors differently, some can see it both ways if they look at it again later.

I can see it both ways - it’s really really weird. I would have sworn when I first looked at it that it was white and gold … but later returned and now I’d swear it’s blue and black. It’s literately as if the image was swapped by internet gremlins. Blows my mind.

Just goes to show how perceptions are different, between people and across time.

guess im dumb

I see white and gold, but I’ve also seen the blue and black one side by side with this one. So i though this was a scam and different dresses where sent out to different people.

Until…

The better half just said its blue and black, and says I’m wrong.

I don’t beleive it!

The dress is actually blue and black. Some study took note of personality types depending on what they perceived.

Dress Colors You See Personality Type Quick Traits
White & Gold The Realist Context-aware, grounded, daylight-oriented
Blue & Black The Intuitive Bold, decisive, night-oriented
Both / Switch The Shapeshifter Creative, flexible, open to multiple perspectives

I just sent it to my sister because I figured you switched it before edits show. She sees white and gold.
Hmmm. Hmmmmmmm

I edited my lousy writing (as usual). No need to edit the pic, it warps the mind all on it’s own.

I worry what AI image generation can do with this sort of jedi mind trick. Go on the internet in 20 years and think I’m trippin’ on 'shrooms.

Yep. What makes it weird is the human perception of it. Underneath, it is what it is.

Russell states that Baudrillard argues that “in our present ‘global’ society, technological communication has created an excessive proliferation of meaning. Because of this, meaning’s self-referentiality has prompted, not a ‘global village,’ but a world where meaning has been obliterated”[22]: 283

Ah there’s Larry, Tony Blair’s best mate

Tony Blair popping up here and there is like being trapped in some disused theme park, like, when are we allowed off the carousel, please?

Copy-pasted text from Wikileaks tweet where I learned this and got this article

Larry Ellison uses the Tony Blair Institute to control the NHS and Britain’s most sensitive health data.

“When it comes to tech policy, TBI’s role is to go to developing economies and sell them Larry Ellison’s gear. Oracle and TBI are inseparable.”

Since 2021, Ellison’s foundation has donated & pledged £257m to the Tony Blair Institute (TBI).

Ellison, described by Trump as the “CEO of everything”, is now shaping NHS reform through Blair’s institute. TBI is pushing a single national data library and a new “front door” to patient records, embedding Britain’s health system within Oracle’s infrastructure.

The cash has turned TBI into what insiders call a “tech sales & lobbying operation for Oracle.” Its agenda mirrors Ellison’s global push to unify national data sets. He has been explicit about what matters most:

“The NHS in the UK has an incredible amount of population data,” he said, though it was too “fragmented” at present.

Two weeks later, TBI published “Governing in the Age of AI: Building Britain’s National Data Library”, echoing Ellison and describing the NHS as “fragmented and unfit for purpose.”

The NHS dataset is uniquely valuable. Unlike anything in the US or Europe, it contains comprehensive health records dating back to 1948. Its potential commercial value from drug development to genome sequencing is estimated at £10bn a year.

Isn’t Blair’s son Euan’s company also in line to get the digital Id contract?

Can’t allow fair elections … the globalist oligarchs aren’t allowed to lose. While Telegram didn’t do much to interfere, other platforms almost certainly did … I also hear that in some conservative regions of Moldova votes just weren’t counted at all.

In other bad news today, I’m guessing Iran is getting bombed again soon.
