If a client shuns a node, then it is a transient shun since it will have no effect on that node. Only the client sees the shunning.
The error can also just be the node cannot accept incoming unsolicited packets. Be it firewall rules, not using home-network when it needs to. Or maybe router cannot handle the number of connections in its NAT Table and dropping packets.
The node can
build up its store because its the one requesting the chunks off other nodes
happily communicate with its peers, thus doesnāt get shunned by other nodes
be seen by the client as a closest node
BUT CANNOT accept requests for quotes since that is via a unsolicited request.

Still trying to use up my tokens from nodes before the reset! Iāve been hugely busy and had little time to do stuff or even read the forum never mind wade through Discord but I have a bit of time now and I want to get these tokens spent!
