Not in our case. Here we have single use keys and no wallets/account. i.e. you spend A and then it’s revoked. You can give anyone that private key and there is no history for them to look at. In fact, they cannot use it on Safe as it’s revoked.

In your case where officials know how much you got in A then I presume they would tax you on it all though. However where and how you spent it is not available to anyone except you and receivers of the funds…
