Ah right, nature exist because godvernment exist. Good to know.
You should look at this. Guidelines - Safe Network Forum
No, roads, fiberglass, police and schools exist because society exists. Happy to clear that up for you.
Donāt forget wars⦠Few of those go far without government⦠![]()
Roads get built privately ā Usually faster and better than the public ones. If you own a business it is pretty important that people are able to get there⦠Capital finds ways to flow.
Anyway, what in the world does this have to do with the SAFE network? We are way off topicā¦
Funny that you ask me and not basically anyone but the OP, but so be it, it is off topic. I am just setting the record straight that corporations like Uber and AirBnB are not regulated due to corrupt governments, but due to governments who do their job to protect social contracts with their citizens or prevent social effects such as gentrification.
Your argument of private roads is a classic argument of people who own capital. It is the big fairy tale of privatization that everything gets better and cheaper once private companies do it. There have been plenty of studies on this issue. You can decide to believe the opposite but privatization of large infrastructures usually leads to higher prices and a less equitable access, which is kinda logical because competition is limited to a minimum.
Also it is true that governments go for war - if they do it because the people chose to, then I donĀ“t see the systemic problem. In the system that I am living you can elect representatives, but apparently you are living in a system where there is no way to create a new party or to vote other than the ruling party. Oh and btw, there are quite a lot of wars where no government is involved, itĀ“s just that this is usually called āconflictā since in most political systems the terminology āwarā needs the participation of a state. I wonĀ“t look it up for you but DuckDuckGo is your friend.
Anyway, as someone said, it“s probably time to mute the thread. I`ll do my part.
Well, having first hand and first time experience with uber, was when they charged my CC for $455, in a state 3000 miles away, then claimed they couldnāt refund it, because it WAS me! Got the CC company to halt and reverse all charges and uber tried to challenge that too. SO, uber is the one that sucks here and is the terroristā¦to me.
