Do you think it’s impossible having 500k people each with 10 nodes without NT? And why?
And I see this a little off-topic because the topic was meant to be about the legislation. But it connected, so not completely different stories, I admit it.
You wrote that decentralisation could also be achieved without NT – but you didn’t explain how 
In theory, it’s possible, but only in theory, isn’t it? Because as things stand, the users are mainly large organisations (which are likely to be collaborating with the team as well) and a handful of users for whom crypto isn’t a barrier.
It’s true, the issue concerns legislation, but ultimately it all comes down to the lack of NT.
