Like, I put 300 Mb and then delete 50 Mb, The actual data I’m storing is 250 Mb, but the network “considers” I’ve used 300 Mb?

Is that what we’re talking about?

Yes thats it, we are in a discussion in office at the moment though. This may change/improve in testnet3/beta.
