To be honest, I too would love it if people did not upload any illegal content. (ignoring any stupid laws in some places that makes good stuff illegal)
But in reality, it’ll look like a honeypot to people who would be jailed log time for their illegal stuff, so I am confident there will be very little for the early period of a year to 5 years.
People are people and the network is restoring privacy and this allows the good & bad to be restored back to what it was like in the before times. Like when I was growing up and you could talk freely to friends without somebody (Bezos, Elon, etc) knowing all your private business/conversations. Even when my kids were growing up it was still like that.
