Limitations in the macaroon implementatin make actual macaroon use non-viable for SAFE workflows.

a BLS-based bearer-token approach inspired by macaroons , though we’ll be going off-piste due to limitations in the way macaroons are verified (which is not suitable for our distributed verification steps)

Can you elaborate the limitations that prevent usage of standard macaroons?
