Yes and on the network you are retrieving immutable chunks which are free of any changes (virus etc.) which is a nice secure issue. You can see where this will end up over time 
It’s why I keep playing with microkernels and load all else (including drivers) from a SAFE network. Seems to make sense even for non persistent vaults. Oh time, I hate time
