I do not have a private key for the wallet address. I have joined the NVO Slack just now, but you are already in the middle of helping me here. How should I restart this conversation there?

I do have the wallet address however. But, as I said, it had disappeared and this has happened before with other folks.

I set the wallet up mid-way through the ICO. It is the regular bitcoin wallet on the Counterparty platform. The advice was to add additional (creating) wallet addresses until the wallet re-appeared. This I did several times, one time even adding eleven addresses. Yes, I should probably return to counterparty talk. Any other advice, please?

Hey there,
I donated to NVO. I have a private key that I made via walletgenerator. I used that key inside Jaxx. i sent bitcoins every time via my jaxx wallet to NVO. On July fourth I received bitcoins. I donā€™t know why they would send me bitcoins? Do I need to take my private key to another wallet to see my NVO? Did I do something incorrectly?

You were sent a Counterparty asset (NVST) so you need a wallet that understands Counterparty assets to view them, or type your wallet address into https://xchain.io and you can see them there.

@paulo, apparently electrum will not show you the NVO coins that are at any address. You need to check your balance at https://xchain.io

i put my bitcoin address in xchain no record but my 2 eth are on the dashboard help.
