Can we start coordinating with hashtags? A portion should be shared and another portion unique to cover more digital ground. People can tweet out randomly or target influential individuals of their choosing. Also piggybacking off a freshly tweeted influencer or popular tweet.
But if everyday we all get on Twitter and check a common hash tag like #SafeNetwork then we can retweet, like, and comment during the most important times of the day. Apparently around a work days lunch time or after the end of a work day.

#opensource (automatically gets a retweet)
#crypto (typically trending)
#cryptocurrency (also trends at times)
#rustlang (to draw attention of devs)
