What is "Verbase’ ? What is this model?
Sounds like you’re not describing a business as we know them but rather a dcentralized autonomous organization, or perhaps at least a cooperative. Also I’d like to point out democracy is a form of centralizing power. not very bottom up there.
Note: Some would argue that democracy decentralizes power because it allows for issues to be decided on by a wide range of people (each person getting a vote) but since each vote goes to deciding one issue which is then distributed across the entire collective it essentially is the same thing as any other authoritative system, it’s a form of centralizing power. Just instead of having drops of power being centralized and directed by the will of one person, you have drops of power AND will being collected and then then redistribted in force. Same difference, it’s still a form of centralizaton of power. The focal point is the issue being decided. As I said when you feel you need to come to consensus, and more to the point enforce consensus, then you are creating centralization and undermining individuality. Consensus is in itself a will or psudo-will of it’s own, it must be treated like it’s own entity. Therefore if the collective comes to “consensus” and there is a minority that disagrees with it how the “majority” interacts with the minority or individual speaks volumes about the character of the consensus entity in question. Is the consensus violent and forceful or does it respect freedom and individuality? This is why I say that we need a bottom up kind of society. Voting might be useful but not in the sense of “deciding” or any issue but rather on opting in and out of various consensi or groups. Instead of having “Like” and “Dislike” buttons we should have “Opt-In” and “Opt-Out” buttons or perhaps “Attract” and “Repell” buttons in keeping with the law of attraction.
