My TL;DR is:

• the fundamentals and the commitment to them have not changed
• the legal jeopardy has and continues to increase for Safe Network participants, most obviously for MaidSafe and node owners
• it is important to understand the potential technical options as well as the legal, not necessarily so they can be implemented, but so they can be understood, explained, refuted from a position of strength making them harder to impose and easier to resist
