The Fund is definitely still open and any project that will assist in launch can apply. Follow the procedure stated in the topic post.

Not sure it is until launch, was waiting for clarification. Are you sure?

The fund is currently offline while the capital transitions to the Swiss foundation. Afterwards the BGF will be reactivated.

Two aspects with the second not strictly till launch and allows after i suppose.
But its on hold for the moment as @BambooGarden mentioned
But people can get their applications ready to apply once reactivated.
