Today’s file is an archive (.zip) in which there is a screenshot (.png) of today’s news + a text file (.txt) with the Data Address: of yesterday’s news.
All subsequent uploads to the Time Capsule will follow this principle, which for the more observant is the idea behind AntChain - Time-Proof Your Truth, but implemented not automatically by an app, but manually.
Upon completion of the 2025 capsule will have one last Data Address with an archive through which all uploads can be traced back to the beginning. I will engrave this Data Address on a stainless steel plate to be stored for the next 1000 years!
Of course, if other people decide to engrave the Data Address of the Capsule on steel, the probability of it being found over the centuries increases, so whoever decides to join in, there are such plates for 5 euros each in Temu and Aliexpress.
